Jonathan M. Jenkins is a litigator and trial lawyer with an unrelenting drive to achieve favorable client results. He worked at Latham & Watkins LLP before establishing his current practice. He represents Fortune 500 corporations, mid-sized companies, partnerships, and financial institutions in complex and class action litigation in state and federal courts across the country.

He specializes in mortgage repurchase actions for banks and mortgage producers. In 2017, he became the first attorney in history to defeat CitiMortgage, Inc. on summary judgment in a repurchase case. He has pioneered actions under California's Unfair Competition Law and handles intellectual property litigation, including a lawsuit involving a 180-piece Salvador Dalí art collection. His cases have received media coverage in the New York Times, Vanity Fair, Fox TV News, and the Hollywood Reporter.

Following her graduation from Yale Law School, Lara Kayayan began her career at Latham & Watkins LLP, where she participated in the Litigation and Corporate Departments in Washington, D.C. and Los Angeles. She handled multi-billion dollar complex tort actions as well as high-value mergers, acquisitions, and private equity fund formation transactions, representing clients including Riverstone and the Carlyle Group. Her work also encompassed intellectual property transfers and licenses for Fortune 500 clients in connection with merger and acquisition transactions.

Ms. Kayayan served as the youngest General Counsel and Executive Vice-President at Home Savings of America, overseeing the legal department and managing outside counsel. She specialized in mortgage repurchase litigation and pioneered a unique strategy of massive resistance and prevailing at trial. She subsequently served as interim General Counsel at DTZ (a UGL Company), leading its worldwide legal operations.

The Armenian Bar Association designated Ms. Kayayan one of the "Top 20 U.S. Attorneys Under the Age of 40" in 2011. She previously served as Student Director and Litigator for the Jerome N. Frank Legal Services Organization at Yale, and served on the editorial board of the Yale Law and Policy Review. She currently serves on the Yale Club of Los Angeles Board of Directors, the Yale Law School Association Executive Committee, and the Los Angeles County Bar Association's Judicial Appointment Committee.
