Cathrynne "Cat" Dale is a seasoned litigator and trial attorney who earned her stripes at the nationally renowned megafirm of Paul Hastings Janofsky & Walker.

Cathrynne has a vast repertoire of experience representing clients, ranging from Fortune 500 companies to indigent defendants, in a wide range of state and federal matters including entertainment, employment, and complex business litigation. She has significant experience handling and resolving SEC and FINRA matters. Cathrynne has tried numerous cases, in state and federal court, as well as in bankruptcy adversary proceedings and before arbitration tribunals. In addition, she has extensive experience in white-collar criminal defense, representing clients in criminal prosecutions, investigations, and proceedings before administrative agencies.

Cathrynne received her law degree, cum laude, from Harvard Law School in 1999, after graduating from U.C. Berkeley summa cum laude. She has been selected as a "Super Lawyers" Rising Star for six consecutive years.
