Navdeep has a wide array of experience in general business and commercial litigation, including class actions and consumer protection law. Prior to joining the firm, he was an associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in New York, where he represented pharmaceutical and insurance companies in mass tort litigation nationwide. Navdeep has also defended some of the nation’s largest commercial banks and lending companies in state and federal courts across the country.

At Columbia Law School, Navdeep was a Harlan Fisk Stone Scholar. He is admitted to practice Law before all California and New York state courts; the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit; and the the United States District Courts for the Central and Southern Districts of California.

Navdeep is fluent in Hindi and Urdu, and conversant in Spanish.
