Tuyet has a broad range of experience in commercial litigation matters. In particular, she frequently represents financial institutions and mortgage bankers in state and federal courts throughout California in matters ranging from lending practices and employment disputes to complex mortgage repurchase litigations.

Tuyet received her J.D. from Loyola Law School in 2006. During law school, she was a judicial extern for the Honorable Gary L. Taylor in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. She is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Districts of Central, Northern, Southern, and Eastern California. Tuyet is also a member of the Orange County Bar Association, and speaks fluent Vietnamese.
